Client Responsibilities

- Supply necessary content, assets, and approvals.
- Ensure they have rights to all materials provided to Buildly Tech.
Delays in communication or content delivery may affect project timelines.
Payments
All fees and payment schedules will be outlined before work begins.
- Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
- Deposits and completed work may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.
Buildly Tech retains the right to:
- Display completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials.
- Retain ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and development methods used during project creation.
Revisions
Project proposals may include a specified number of revisions.
Additional revisions, scope changes, or requests outside the original agreement may incur additional charges.
Project Timelines
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Timelines may be affected by:
- Client delays
- Scope changes
- Third-party service interruptions
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, APIs, or services.
Buildly Tech is not responsible for:
- Downtime
- Service interruptions
- Policy changes
- Security incidents caused by third-party providers
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildly Tech shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services directly related to the claim.
